We are honored to invite you to the 4th edition of the international scientific conference “Bioactive Compounds in Food,” which this year will be held under the theme “Innovations for Food, Nutrition, Health and Beauty.”
The conference is organized by the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences of Lodz University of Technology and the Lodz Branch of the Polish Society of Food Technologists, and will take place on June 9-10, 2025.
The conference, which will be held at the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences, will be combined with the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of Lodz University of Technology and the 75th anniversary of the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences. It will be an excellent forum for the exchange of views between representatives of the industrial environment and scientists, representing various research centers and approaches to the bioactivity of substances, both in food and in other fields.
