The Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Science conducts research the discipline of Food and Nutrition Technology. The head of the discipline council is Professor Grażyna Budryn, Ph.D. The vice-president is associate professor Radosław Bonikowski, Ph.D., D.Sc. The council consist of 31 members.
